This house is for sale, in Tuscany, Campiglia Marittima, between Pisa and Grosseto, near Elba Island, only 6km from the sea.

From Campiglia (Map), you can reach the largest beaches in Tuscany, yearly voted amongst the cleanest in Italy. You are only 75 minutes from Siena and Florence, and even 50 from San Gimignano, but you can enjoy a wonderful saved sea as it was once upon a time (The Maremma is reknown to have been environment friendly from a long time).

The house is situated in the heart of this middle-age village, pedestrian area in Summer. Unlike many other houses in this very historical centre, this house has two gardens and a garage.

It has been built in the 17^th, and last year we still found a water tank from the 17^th which had been closed for 2 centuries. Stones have been used from the near castle and the main wall of the village is now one of our sides (between the northern garden and the two flats)

It is divided on three floors:

The ground level has the garage (20sqm)
and one room with bathroom (20sqm)

The first level has two large rooms, a kitchenette, a bathroom,
for 56 sqm and access to the northern garden.

The second floor has two rooms and a kitchen + a bathroom,

is also accessible separately.
